CIRCLOG. Consequently display of patron info marked as (SUPERSEDED)

Description

Overview: When testing UICIRCLOG the Gutenberg team uncovered that the work done for might not work as expected if log entries were drilled down by other filters (eg. by description or date ranges), which the only show a subset of patron infos per loan. So the SUPERSEDED ”flag” would not accurately be displayed for the last entered patron info.

Usecase:
As a circ staff user I want to be able

  • in the Circlog app to verify, what the current information a patron is given on a given loan, or multiple loans

  • and also distinct between previous given patron information and the current.

Stories:

  1. Story

    • Login to FOLIO Snapshot as user diku_admin

    • Go to the Check out app and check out any item to any user

    • Go to that given user, and view that loan in the detailed loan screen

    • Add four different New patron info comments

    • Now go to the Circulation log app

    • Search for the given item (by barcode)

    • Then filter on the description in the third added patron info comment for that given loan record

    • When viewing the column Circ action

    • Then the patron info comment is to be displayed with the circ action label Patron info (SUPERSEDED)

thank you for testing this further. I will double-check what is going on here.

This fix is not in snapshot yet. It should be there tomorrow.

Manual test in dev1 environment, using Chrome.

uncovered an existing bug in ui-circulation-log where when you searched for something for the first time it would execute the search functionality twice returning the same results doubled on the list. This he fixed, and the search now works as expected :
