Overview: Users need to be able to see which ACTUAL COST records in the LOST ITEMS REQUIRING ACTUAL COST processing page were Expired (due to meeting Lost Item Fee Policy setting For lost items not charged a fee/fine, close the loan after <interval>) in the CIRC LOG.

Scenario:

Given: "Circulation log" page opened
When: user selects the 'Expired" option in Fees/fines accordion
Then: display all Expired items requiring actual cost in the Circ Log with details:

• User barcode = Barcode of patron billed an actual cost lost item fee

• Item barcode = Barcode of item billed an actual cost lost item fee

• Object = "Fee/Fine"

• Circ action = "Actual cost (expired)"

• Date = Date and time of circ action

• Service point = System

• Source = -

• Description = "Actual cost record expired on <insert date> per the "Lost item fee" policy setting "For lost items not charged a fee/fine, close the loan after <interval>"

• Action = User details link (for which this entry was created)
