Add "Billed" items from LOST ITEMS REQUIRING ACTUAL COST processing page to CIRC LOG

Description

Overview: Users need to be able to see which ACTUAL COST records in the LOST ITEMS REQUIRING ACTUAL COST processing page were BILLED on the CIRC LOG.

 

Background:
Given: System contains one or more BILLED aged to lost/declared lost item requiring actual cost on the Lost Items Requiring Actual Cost processing page

Scenario
Given: "Circulation log" page opened
When: User selects “Billed” option in Fee/fine filter
Then: display all items with a Billed status including BILLED aged to lost/declared lost items requiring actual cost in the Circ Log with details:

  • User barcode = Barcode of patron billed an actual cost lost item fee

  • Item barcode = Barcode of item billed an actual cost lost item fee

  • Object = "Fee/Fine"

  • Circ action = "Actual cost (billed)"

  • Date = Date and time of circ action

  • Service point = Service point of logged in user

  • Source = Name of logged in user

  • Description = "Additional information for staff" entered in BILL ACTUAL COST modal

  • Action = User details link (for which this entry was created)
