Overview:

I get a permission error when attempting to end a session. Verified on both bugfest-lotus and snapshot.

Error is

"ERROR: in module @folio/checkout, operation POST on resource 'endSession' failed, saying: Access for user 'enettifee' (4be9d17d-f0ec-4a61-acae-6fff90c9b658) requires permission: circulation.end-patron-action-session.post"

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as user with permission "Check out: Check out circulating items" and an associated service point

2. Go to the check out app

3. Look up a user with patron look up tool

4. Check out an item that is loanable on the system

5. Click the "End session" button in the bottom right

Expected Results: Check out app screen clears
