Bugfest: Can't continue check out after canceling check out notes modal

Description

  1. As a user with Check Out: check out circulating items permissions on bugfest

    • Also occurs for user with all permissions on bugfest and on folio-snapshot

  2. Check out an item with check out notes

  3. When check out notes modal appears, click cancel

Expected: Check out notes modal closes. Can re-enter item barcode and get the same check out notes modal, or enter a different item barcode to check out.

*Actual: Check out notes modal closes, but can't enter any item barcodes to check out. The "enter" button is disabled and only ending the check out session & starting another enables it.

Hi is there a reason you filed this as a story as opposed to a bug? I have a feeling if it's not a bug, it might not show on Anton's bugfest dashboard.
