A patron has an item requested.
They are sent an email - to let them know it is on the hold shelf
They show up at the circ desk
Their barcode is scanned - and a message comes up saying that they have an item waiting on the hold shelf
I click on the open request in the user information left-hand side of the screen
It takes me to the request app - searching for the barcode of the patron and the search defaulted to "open- not yet filled"
which turns up nothing.
However, if reset the filter and search - it finds it in Open- awaiting pick up.
The expected result would be that when the pop up comes up saying there is a request and I click on the hyperlink number of requests it brings me to a screen in which I can see the title of the item. So that I can get the item off the shelf for the patron and check it out to them.
Actual: Link to patron's requests from Check Out links to view of all requests for patron with status: "Open - not yet filled"
Expected: Link to patron's requests from Check Out links to view of all requests for patron with the statuses: "Open - not yet filled", "Open - in transit" and "Open - awaiting pickup".
