Checkout throwing many warnings and errors

Description

This is a regression that exists when running against this branch of stripes-connect.

When running against that branch the following warnings and errors appear in the console:

Other than these errors, however, I was not able to discern any loss in functionality from my initial click-through of the checkout app.

These are, once more, all the same error: the resources' values are getting unwantedly pre-initialised to {}. Fix that in stripes-connect, and this will go away.
