Overview:
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into https://bugfest-juniper.folio.ebsco.com/

  2. Chose an Available item

  3. Navigate to Checkin screen using service point associated with the item's location

  4. Enter the item barcode

  5. Inhouse use icon displayed in results

  6. Open Action menu

Expected Results:
Only Item Details displayed as action option

Actual Results:
Item Details and Fee/fine details displayed
(fee/fine details displayed, but it is not active)
