Calendar settings only shows 10 service points

Description

Due to the way the calendar settings UI calls the API, the default limit (10) is used when retrieving service points to display. Missing service points cannot be configured for operating hours via the UI.

, per comment from on one of the duplicates of this bug, it sounds like Chalmers wants this hotfixed. I'll tag it with q3.2-2019-hotfix. Can you organize getting this retrofitted and deployed? Let me know if you want me to take care of it since you are on the road

The backend limit is Integer.MAX_VALUE, which 2,147,483,647.

, whatever the backend has a max limit should be the same for what displays on the UI. Is there a backend max limit?
