Error message after trying to open calendar settings

Description

Steps to reproduce
1) Add "Settings (Calendar): display calendar settings" to a user while logged in as Admin into BugFest system
2) Login as this user
3) Go to Settings --> Calendar --> Library Hours
4) Click on any Library name in the Library Hours list
5) Error message Pops - see the attached file

The same problem occurs when either "Calendar: Edit calendar events" or "Calendar: View calendar events" has been assigned to a user.
