Overview:
When query Instances in Central tenant and do their bulk edit so that optimistic locking error appears, "View latest version" link is missed next to optimistic locking error
Steps to Reproduce:
On Central tenant go to “Bulk edit“ app, “Query“ tab
Select “Inventory - instances“ record type
Click “Build query“ button
Search for any Instances > click “Run query“ button
Go to “Inventory“ app
Search for one of the Instance from “Bulk edit“ > Edit Instance > Save changes
Go back to “Bulk edit“ app > Click “Actions“ > “FOLIO Instances“
Select any options/actions to edit Instance records (e.g. add administrative note)
Click “Confirm changes“
Click “Commit changes“
Expected Results:
Confirmation screen is displayed. Under “Errors“ accordion optimistic locking error is displayed for the record edited in “Inventory“ app, including "View latest version" link
Actual Results:
"View latest version" link is missed
Additional information: works as expected via Query for all other scenarios (bulk edit Instances in non-ECS and Member tenant; bulk edit Holdings, Items in non-ECS, Central and Member tenants)
