User cannot edit "Description" in Settings - Acquisition units

Description

Overview: When creating or editing an Acquisition unit in settings, there is no way to enter a description. When viewing the Acquisition unit in Settings, there is a field for "Description".

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into any given FOLIO environment

  2. Click on Settings - Acquisition units

  3. Select an existing Acquisition unit

  4. Note the Description field below the name

  5. Choose Actions - Edit OR choose New from the middle pane

Expected Results:

A field exists for user to add a description

Actual Results:

No Description field exists

Related BE ticket to add 'description' to acquisition unit schema is created: MODORDERS-966 in scope of each it is needed only to update acq-models schema, no other effort is required.
