Purpose:

With the existing permissions, we are unable to make it so a user can view but not edit the Acquisition Units settings. New permissions are needed to let a user just view Acquisition Units settings and not be able to edit. 

Need a new permission(s) to be able to view the Acquisition Units settings and not be able to edit the settings.

Scenarios:

1. Add specific permissions for view ONLY for acquisition units settings:

   • Given user has Permissions "Settings (acquisition units): View acquisition units"

   • When user navigates to settings>Acquisition units

   • Then user is able to view list of acquisition units and select and view details in the details view

   • AND user is not able to carry out any assign, edit, create or delete actions
