and put the German translations into de.json

Extracting the translation keys has been finished.
Translating the strings from English to German is handled by lokalise.com now. lokalise.com also tracks the progress so that we close this Jira.

This requirement is about all 176 keys of stripes-smart-components and about translating them into German. Only a fraction is translated, see the English entries in https://github.com/folio-org/stripes-smart-components/blame/master/translations/stripes-smart-components/de.json
