"UserId" is displayed at "Record last updated" instead of username in Note editing pane

Description

Overview: Id from "updatedByUserId" field is displayed at "Record last updated" accordion instead of username from "updatedByUsername" field in the Note editing pane.
Works as expected in the Note view pane.
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Your user must have at least 1 created "Note" record.

  2. Log into Orchid Bugfest FOLIO environment as User with following permissions:
    Users: Can view user profile
    Notes: Can edit a note
    Notes: Can view a note

  3. Go to "Users" app.

  4. Find and open the user which has "Note" record.

  5. Click on the "Notes" accordion and open any "Note" record

  6. Click on the "Actions" >> "Edit"

  7. Click on the "Record last updated" accordion".

Expected Results: "Username" of user who last updated this "Note" is displayed under last updates "Source".
"Username" of user who created this "Note" is displayed under record created "Source".
Actual Results: User Id of user who last updated this "Note" is displayed under last updates "Source".

Additional Information: Reproducible in each application where "Notes" are supported.

That is not a problem with ui-notes but NoteMedataData so the ticket should be moved to STSMACOM project with Denys's suggestion
