Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to eHoldings

2. Search for a record

3. Go to the Notes accordion

4. Click "New" button in the Notes accordion

5. Choose a note type

6. Enter a note title

7. Fill in the Details block using lists of different types

8. Click " Save & close "

9. Click on the note you just created

10. Pay attention to the list display

Expected Results:

The note looks the same as in the add/edit window

Actual Results:

The note does NOT look the same as in the add/edit window
