Loan Details > Change due date| Error message is not read by screenreader

Description

  1. Go to Loan Details

  2. Select Change due date in the ellipsis dropdown

  3. enter an invalid date or a date outside of the user's expiration date

  4. Error displays

Actual: Screenreader does not read the error

Expected: Screenreader reads the error

Violates 3.3.1 Error Identification (Level A) - http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20/#minimize-error-identified
