Increase of character limit for notes to 3500

Description

*Background: *Notes is a very useful feature in FOLIO and, among other things, we use it to paste important conversations from e-mails. However, we find that we often need to abbreviate due to the low character limit. The limit is now 1500 characters.

Requirement: Increase notes character limit to 3500 to address issue

, I think for now we should change it globally. If there is another request to increase character limit then we can consider a settings configuration.

it's better to make it configurable so that we don't need to change it next time, although the final decision is up to you certainly

Hey and . Not asking for a setting configuration. Just for character limit to be increased to 3500 characters. Also this change applies to any app/UI module using Notes

the limit has to be defined in settings to make it configurable
should it be defined per module or globally --> point for discussion
