As a librarian
I want to create custom field with the input type = text area
So that I can track information that requires a long description

• Has standard fields: Label, Is required, Show/Hide, Help text

  • Help text (See requirement https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UICFIELDS-8)

• NOTE: Will address show/hide and field format in other user stories

• Add to the 'Add to the custom field' dropdown the input type = Text area

• UI/UX design and behavior should be the same as what has been implemented for
