Assign/Unassign: More than 20 notes repeats and does not show all notes

Description

  1. Go to any environment

  2. Add more than 20 notes to a record

  3. Go to another record click Assign/Unassign button

  4. Choose Unassign filter

Expected: All unassigned notes display

Actual: Only 20 notes display and some notes repeat (see attached video)

BugFest was rebuild early this morning. I used the files from platform-complete q4 branch. The yarn.lock seems to have ssc 2.12.1

It's interesting/odd to me that this is not fixed in bugfest. This was fixed in a patch release to stripes-smart-components but I never published a new release of stripes to force this update. Because of semantic versioning, however, I would have expected any install after this version was published to pick it up automatically.

Who can I talk to about how stripes is being built in bugfest?
