First symbols of the URL are not visible while creating a link in Details section for new Note

Steps

1. Open https://folio-snapshot.aws.indexdata.com

2. Login

3. Navigate to Apps - eHoldings

4. Search for providers with "life" query

5. Click on the only result

6. In Notes section click New button

7. Type "test" into the details section

8. Highlight this text and click Link icon on the tool panel

9. Start typing

Expected result

Link pop-up should be fully visible and user should see all symbols he typed

Actual result

If user wants to add a link at the beginning of the details section while creating a new note for package, URL pop-up is not fully visible. It's cut at the left. When user starts typing URL, he can't see first symbols.
