Purpose
As a UX/UI designer who has accessed the user record in the Users app, I want to see "+ Add <field>" buttons for Proxy/Sponsor, and User permissions aligned to the left so that the label text and position for this type of button follows the latest general FOLIO style guidelines.

Scenarios
1. Scenario
Given the user has expanded the Proxy/Sponsor accordion
When the user wants to add a new proxy
Then the button will be aligned to the left and the label text will be "+ Add proxy"

2. Scenario
Given the user has expanded the Proxy/Sponsor accordion
When the user wants to add a new sponsor
Then the button will be aligned to the left and the label text will be "+ Add sponsor"

3. Scenario
Given the user has expanded the User permissions accordion
When the user wants to add a new permission
Then the button will be aligned to the left and the label text will be "+ Add permission"

• Each field label is singular, i.e., "permission"
