Verified on https://folio-snapshot.dev.folio.org/ environment, works as expected
Scenario 1 - Tenant time zone is UTC
Scenario 2 - Tenant time zone is UTC-6 (Pacific/Galapagos)
Scenario 3 - Tenant time zone is UTC+12 (Pacific/Fiji)

Overview:
Data export logs display tenant date-time in “Started running“, “Ended running“ columns. But “Started running“, “Ended running“ filters on “Search & filter“ pane filter logs by UTC time (could be seen in DevTools). This may cause not expected data export logs are being filtered out
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to Data export > Click “View all”
Filter data export logs by date
Verify filtered result
Expected Results:
Data export logs are filtered by tenant date-time as it is displayed in “Started running“, “Ended running“ columns
Actual Results:
Data export logs are filtered by UTC date-time as it is displayed in DevTools
