(ECS) Automatically logged into Central tenant after logging out from Member tenant

Description

Overview: No login screen after logging out from Member tenant

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open evrk2 ECS environment (https://eureka-central-tenant.int.aws.folio.org/ ) URL in browser

  2. Login with valid credentials for a user having affiliation in both Central and at least one Member tenant

  3. Click on user profile in top navigation menu → Select “Switch active affiliation“ option

  4. Select Member tenant (to which a user is affiliated) in appeared modal → Click “Save” in modal

  5. Click on user profile in top navigation menu → Select “Log out“ option

Expected result: Login screen is shown (user logged out of all tenants)

Actual result: Welcome page is opened. Central tenant name is shown in user profile (user is logged in Central tenant).
