Backport idle session timeouts & fixed length sessions to keycloak-quesnelia branch of stripes-core

Overview

Backport the following to the keycloak-quesnelia branch of stripes-core:

  • idle session timeouts

  • fixed length sessions

Scope

  • Cherrypick/backport the needed changes

  • Local testing against dryrun1 env

  • Coordinate with FSE to get this deployed to dryrun 1, and eventually LoC sandbox 1

    • Get them updated commit hashes, etc.

Tested on FSE Dry run 1 (ECS tenant)

  1. Fixed session timeout message appears.

  2. Idle session timeout modal appears.

There are issues with both of these timeouts - see and linked tickets.
, - I think this ticket can be closed as timeout updates were ported to Q and are available on FSE Dry run 1 ECS. The issues can be addressed in the separate opened bug tickets.

- was it deployed to FSE Dry run 1? I cannot see neither fixed not idle session timeout messages there.
