MainNav UI Updates

Background: Users have stated that the main toolbar does not clearly indicate which app s/he is on and how to return to an app's default landing page.

Requirement:
Implement the changes as shown on Layout "X" - https://xd.adobe.com/view/ef895efa-fa7b-453d-41d0-d27e408890ce-99b8/?fullscreen

• Lefthand side: For the app you are on make the font bolder AND text size larger

• Change toolbar background color

• Change the font/style/text size of the apps that appear on the right hand side of the toolbar

• Given this change we may need to decrease the number of apps that display by default

• Change the UI treatment for a selected app on the righthand side

• Replace the person icon
