As a user
I want to be able to retrieve my password in case I forget.

Forgot password page Requirement

• On the Forgot password page, the user must enter an email address/phone number/username that is associated with a Folio account for that institution

  • Can only enter one of those values

  • Must enter phone numbers in the exact format stored

• If the user begins to enter characters into the textbox then enable the Continue button

Clicking Continue button AND unable to locate account

• If the user hits Continue AND it is not a valid email address then display an error message [Please enter a valid email address.]

• If user hits Continue and the email address/phone number/username is not found then display the following message [Unable to find your account. Please enter a valid email address, phone number, or username.]

Clicking Continue button AND able to locate account - Go to Email Confirmation page

• If the system is able to find the submitted email address/phone number/username tied to a user account associated with the institution then inform the user on the status page that the system will email him/her reset password link.

Acceptance Criteria

Given I am on the Folio login page for my institution

When I click Forget password
Then display a page that allows me to enter my email address/phone number/username to locate my password

Given I have forgotten my password
When I am on the Forgot my password page
AND enter a email address/phone number/username that is tied to my Folio account for that institution
AND hit Continue
Then an Email confirmation page should display that my account has been found and that a reset my password email will be sent.

Given I have forgotten my password
When I enter a email address/phone number/username NOT tied to a Folio account that is a part of my institution
AND hit Continue
Then display a message that [Account was not found. Please try again or contact your Folio system administrator.]
