Context

Screenreader users hear both the apps' icon labels and alt texts. For the most part,

• the app icon label and alt text are the same thus the screenreader hears the same thing twice

• and alt text is too wordy resulting in user confusion

Requirement

• Set alt attribute to null/empty (alt="") for all app icons on the Universal Header.
