Selected panes in settings navigation are incorrectly highlighted after app switch
Description
If you navigate to a tertiary pane in settings (e.g., Developer -> Hotkeys Test), switch to a different app (not a different settings page – e.g., Items), and then switch back to Settings, the second and tertiary panes display the correct content – you're back where you started. However, the navigation highlighting is lost. The secondary pane always highlights the first item in the list, even if the second one is really what's being displayed, and the primary pane – the list of apps with settings – is missing a highlight altogether.
Sounds good I'm going to create couple stories for each app related to this one and we can close this one.

Okay , I verified the steps in the description. To write issues for secondary pane, and each app sounds a little circumstantially, if this is a component to be rolled out. So this is to be closed as done?

this issue only takes care of the primary (apps) pane. I believe the secondary panes will need to be adjusted too for each app (ui-users, ui-items). So we will probably need to fill couple more issues for each app. Does that make sense ?
I probably won't have time to look at it for at least the next week or so, so you can take it if you'd rather do it sooner. Otherwise I'll get to it eventually.
