Deprecate reading i18n info from stripes god object

Description

The stripes god object duplicates functionality that can be used directly from react-intl. We should lean on the community-supported solution instead of our own tunnel of it.

Candidates for deprecation in the stripesShape:

  • locale

  • timezone

  • formatDate()

  • formatTime()

  • formatAbsoluteDate()

  • intl

Candidate for renaming:

  • setTimezone() -> setTimeZone()
