domain-models-maven-plugin is part of 33.0.0 release, but using it, may result in

Plugin org.folio:domain-models-maven-plugin:33.0.0-SNAPSHOT or one of its dependencies could not be resolved:
Could not find artifact org.folio:domain-models-maven-plugin:jar:33.0.0-SNAPSHOT -> [Help 1]

Steps to reproduce:

1. remove local mvn cache repository
2. use 33.0.0-SNAPSHOT in a project with the described usage.
3. run mvn compile

Concrete example:

The problem is the domain-models-maven-plugin.. depending on the plugin artifact as a "normal" artifact works fine.

The problem was first seen with 33.0.0-pre1 release, but also occurs for SNAPSHOT. It has worked "by coincidence" because of caching.
