During refactoring karate tests to work against Eureka, we started to work on the edge modules. There was an issue with authorization, the only working user was oaiClient and admins have not working at all(the response was "Unauthorized" and in logs was that this user cannot be found). During our investigations we found out, that if we left each tenant only with one user in ephemeral properties, that will resolve our problem.

During rebuild of the environment, ephemeral properties rollback to default values. We want to make by default enabled only admins user for folio-etesting-karate-eureka & folio-edev-dojo envs

According to team discussion, we’ll implement edge_admin\admin common user for all edge-* modules with all required edge-* capabilities and proceed with requesting verification.
