Telepresence issue on folio-eperf env

Description

The Corsair team is not able to connect telepresence


An error occurred (AccessDeniedException) when calling the DescribeCluster operation: User: arn:aws:iam::732722833398:user/rancher-port-forward is not authorized to perform: eks:DescribeCluster on resource: arn:aws:eks:us-west-2:732722833398:cluster/folio-eperf

User permissions updated, added the new eperf cluster

it looks like the command that was failing is working now slightly smiling face It might be a few days before I can try and run through the rest of the telepresence setup, so maybe just go ahead and close this one, and I can create a new ticket if we run into any other issues?
