  1. get dump of fs09000000_mod_source_record_manager from okapi-based bugfest-ramsons env

  2. Restore the dump file in rancher folijet dev env https://folio-dev-folijet-pgadmin.ci.folio.org/

we need to investigate which is P1

for that purpose we need to get dump data from bugfest env, since with data existing on dev-folijet the issue is not being reproduced
