Run DI baseline tests on ocp3

In preparation for testing the enhancements made to DI by the DI task force, baseline tests are needed to be run on the ocp3 environment which we had not performed DI testing before. Here are a few scenarios:

• Upload files of 100K, 250K, and 500K repeatedly (1-2 times each) on a single tenant to see if the imports would run to completion  (See if we can split the 500K file into a 250K file using MARCEdit)

• Perform multi-tenant concurrent imports on ncp5 for 3 tenants with each tenant importing 3 files of different sizes at at the same time. File sizes: 1 record, 50K, 100K. If the imports failed for some reason, scale back the number of files per tenant.

• (If have time) Run CICO on one tenant, DI jobs 3 tenants, including the one that runs CICO. Start the second job after the first one reaches 30%, start another job on a third tenant after the first job reaches 60% completion. CICO: 20 users, DI file size: 25k

Use PTF-Create 2 profile.

Make sure that the DI topics have two partitions, task counts of DI modules equal 2 before testing.
