Test performance of fse OpenSearch in Int us-west-2 before and after changes

Description

We plan to move the OpenSearch (us-west-2) search from 6 r6g.2xlarge to 10 r6g.large.search (because we have them reserved).

User story for this change - US1358556: Cost Mgmt: INT OS(us-west-2) move from 6 r6g.2xlarge.search to 10 r6g.large.search after Ramsons goes GA

According to AWS documentation we are good to go - we did the math calculation based on our existing data.

Could you please check Ramson and Quesnelia bugfests before and after this change.
