ECS | "Invalid reference" appears after updating ownership

Description

Preconditions:

"Allow user to select locations from other affiliations for central orders" option should be checked (active) in "Settings" -> "Consortium manager" -> "Central ordering" in Central tenant

An Order in “Open” status has been created with one PO line:

  • Quantity = 2

  • Workflow - Synchronized order and receipt quantity

  • Create inventory - Instance, Holding, Item

  • Locations - different locations in different member tenants

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to “Member 1” tenant

  2. Navigate to title details pane from POL

  3. Click “View holding” button

  4. Click “Actions” button

  5. Select “Update ownership” option

  6. Select any Holding from “Member 2” and save

  7. Go to Central tenant

  8. Navigate to POL details pane

Expected result: Locations are displayed actual holdings, no “Invalid reference”

Actual result: “Invalid reference” is displayed instead of Holding name selected during update ownership (“Affiliation” dropdown has correct “Member 2” value)

Additional info: Issue is reproduced on both ecs bugfests (okapi and eureka)

NOT reproduced on okapi sprint testing https://folio-testing-sprint-cs00000int.ci.folio.org/
