Description:

Local records are displayed in “Inventory“ app of Member tenant, but are not exported with the cql file in Member tenant

Steps to recreate:

1. Switch affiliation to Member tenant, e.g. “College“

2. Go to “Inventory“ app

3. Check “No“ checkbox under “Shared“ on “Search & filter“ pane

4. Click “Actions“ => “Save instances CQL query“

5. Go to “Data export“ app

6. Click “or choose file“ button

7. Upload cql file

8. Verify export result

Expected behavior:

Export is completed, local records are exported

Actual behavior:

Export fails with the following error: “ Error while reading from input file with uuids or file is empty”
