Search on Notes (all) does not include administrative notes (instance, holdings, item)

Description

Overview: Search on notes - does not include search on administrative notes.

Administrative notes must be searchable both exclusively (MSEARCH-373), and also part of the search on all note data properties in the instance, holdings, and item.

This must be fixed in:

  1. Instance

    • notes.note - full-text - notes.note all "librarian note"

    • Search by instance notes (include staffOnly) and instance administrative notes

  2. Holdings

    • holdings.notes.note - full-text - holdings.notes.note all "librarian note"

    • Search by holdings notes and holdings administrative notes

  3. Item

    • item.notes.note - full-text - item.notes.note all "librarian note"

    • Search by item notes and circulation notes and item administrative notes

it would be nice if this was handled by mod-search even if that requirement was originally missed.

  - this issue https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/MSEARCH-373 had only one requirement - update query search to support Administrative notes. 

  - could you add the query strings for Instance Administrative notes, Holdings Administrative notes, Item Administrative notes  to Instance notes (all), Holdings notes (all), and Item notes (all)? If so, there is not mod-search needed?
