Purpose/Overview:

The current implementation supports holdings search by HRID but in some cases librarians need to search by holdings by their former Id as well.  While searching it is not always clear if the provided value is a current or a former HRID.  For those cases there need to be an option to cover both in one search

Requirements/Scope:

1. Add Identifiers (all) option for holdings

2. The search should include matches from hrid and fromerIds (array of strings)

3. The search behavior should be consistent with implemented HRID search ()

Approach:

Acceptance criteria:

• The existing behavior of HRID search did not change

• Identifiers (all) query parameter is added and the documentation is updated

• Search by Identifiers (all) matches values in HRID and former Ids
