Include specification `family`, `profile` into SpecificationUpdatedEvent

Description

Overview:

mod-entities-links sends subfield events on full specification update. These events are designated for bib specification but now are being sent also on authority specification full update which causes unique constraint violation in mod-record-specifications

Approach:

Add specification family, profile into SpecificationUpdatedEvent

Verified on Ramsons Bugfest environments (okapi and eureka) for MARC bib and MARC authority specifications (record in quickmarc is verified against updated specification).
