Purpose/Overview:
Implement "Invalid Field Value" Rule Validation

Requirements/Scope:

  1. Rule should cover validation of leader, 006, 007, 008 fields that will require changes in specification that are TBD

  2. Validation fail when field is flat and contains an invalid value

Acceptance criteria:

  • Covered by unit tests

  • Rebuilt mod-quick-marc master branch after this change merged.

Validating control fields values is not planned for Ramsons. Will be done on UI side.
The story is for some future work.
