Scenario 1
Given the user has already linked an authority to a bib heading prior to the MARC validation rules implementation
When user hits Save button
Then MARC rules validation is run and if there is an error then show it.
Scenario 2
Given the user manually or automatically links an authority to a bib heading after MARC validation rules implementation
When user hits Save
Then MARC rules validation is run and if there is an error then show it.
Scenario 3
Given the user updates an MARC authority record that is linked to a bib heading(s)
When user access bib record that is linked to that MARC authority record
Then MARC rules validation is run and if there is an error then show it.
