Deprecation - Allow the library/tenant to set deprecated MARC validation rules to Ignore error AND NOT Warn Error

Description

As a system administrator, my cataloging staff does not want to be warned that a field/indicator/subfield is deprecated and I do not want to go through changing each field/indicator/subfield to deprecated = false.

Requirement

  • At the tenant level allow the library to set the following

    • All deprecated fields should be ignored as an error

      • Assume that a deprecated field also deprecates all indicators and subfields tied to the field.

    • All deprecated indicators should be ignored as an error

    • All deprecated subfields should be ignored as an error
