In , search by middle name was implemented, but it appears no corresponding database index was created in mod-users to support it. This causes a significant performance problem with a user count of 360,000.
Creating these indexes:
…resolves the issue (so we have a workaround, but it would be nice to have this fixed in the mainline code).
