Create check out endpoint

Description

New endpoint POST /tlr/loans/check-out-by-barcode in the new interface ecs-loans

Request body: the same as regular check out by barcode.

Response: the same as regular check out by barcode.

New permission name tlr.loans.check-out-by-barcode.execute

New endpoint needs to:

  • Call mod-search to find an item by barcode and determine item’s tenant.

  • Make check-out-by-barcode call to mod-circulation of the current tenant (Central)
