Problem: The Patron Comments for ECS requests do not display in Primary requests. They do display in Secondary requests in the Requests app.
Steps to reproduce:
Create an ECS request in the Central tenant with Patron Comments.
Look at the Request details of Primary request in the Central tenant and observe the Patron Comments field.
Look at the Request details of Secondary request in the Data tenant and observe the Patron Comments field.
Expected result:
Patron comments display in the Primary request details in the Central tenant.
Patron comments display in the Secondary request details in the Data tenant.
Actual result:
Patron comments do not display in the Primary request details in the Central tenant.
Patron comments display in the Secondary request details in the Data tenant.
Environment: ECS with mod-tlr enabled (Eureka environment)
