[ECS] Sometime user get an error during ECS Request creation

Description

Reproduceble on and not every time, just sometimes

Step to reproduce:

  1. Login into

  2. Go to “Requests” app

  3. Create ECS Request

Actual result: the user gets an error, but despite this the request is created

Expected result: ECS Request created

Cannot reproduce issue today. Closing this ticket with understanding that the development work is Done, and there may be an environmental issue present that occasionally causes this behavior.

Reopened after additional testing with result described in Bug. Request form completed, error message seen, request seen in Requests app. of Central tenant. cc , , and .

I was trying to reproduce this issue today and 10 of 10 requests were created successfully

Hi . I tested this again today with the same results as below. It took 32.22 seconds for the failure pop up to appear. The request was placed successfully.
