Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the "Data import" app-> Click on the "or choose files" button -> Select file -> click on the "Open" button

2. Select “Default - Create instance and SRS MARC Bib“->Click “Actions“->Click “Run“

3. Click on “File name“ → Click the “Create” hyperlink in the Instance column.

4. Click “Actions“ button → Select “Edit MARC bibliographic record“

5. Change the LEADER 5 field from "c" to "d" → Click “save and close“ button

Expected Results: The instance is set as "Selected for deletion" and the LEADER 5 field has changed from "c" to "d"
Actual Results: The instance is not marked as "Selected for Deletion" and the LEADER 5 field has changed from "c" to "d".
