The functionality implemented in scope of MODSOURCE-54 appears to work correctly when deployed and accessed from Postman, however test fails (either locally or on Jenkins) on the same data. The function get_record_by_instance_id returns empty ResultSet on embedded postgres even though it executes correctly when called directly on the db.
